Flame-Resistant PVC on Nomex®
The combination of flame-resistant PVC coating on non-woven Nomex® provides excellent thermal performance and maintains 100% waterproof protection, in a soft, light-weight rainsuit. Conforms to ASTM F1891 for Arc Thermal Performance. ANSI/ISEA 107 Class E compliant. Applications include: pipeline services, troubleshooting and construction. Chemical-resistance: Many acids, oils, alcohols, salts and alkalies. Electra is 9.5 oz. 15 mil. thick.
*Note: Flame-resistant tested. Self extinguishing with flameout and afterglow less than, 2 seconds after removal of ignition source. (Test method ASTM D6413-99)
