Front
D-Rings
Front D-rings are used to attach your harness (and you) to a ladder
climbing system or for work positioning, suspension and rescue.

Side
D-Rings
Side D-rings are used for positioning or restraint, such as with
rebar lanyard assembly or wall form hook assembly. They can also
be used to hold a tool or two. (CSA Group "P") |

Back
D-Rings
Back D-rings are used for fall protection or restraint. They will
slide on impact, keeping you in an upright position and providing
added safety and comfort. (CSA Group "A") |

Shoulder D-rings are attached to a a Y-type lanyard with a spreader
bar for rescue and retrieval operations in confined spaces. (CSA
