Terms & Credit

Open Account is available to qualified customers providing three credit references and the company D&B number. The Calolympic Safety Credit Application should be completed and faxed to 951-340-3337. We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to add sales tax to orders within the State of California (7.75% of subtotal). If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.

Shipping

We ship F.O.B. origin, best way unless otherwise requested. Handling charges are added to your order. Oversized or heavy items are shipped collect, via carrier of Calolympic Safety's choice. Items temporarily back ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.

Delivery Time

Upon receipt, your order will be shipped in an efficient and expedient manner.

Shipping Hazardous Products

Products considered hazardous for shipping will require special packaging, handling and additional shipping charges. For specific details and charges call 1-800-421-6630.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Should you need to return any stock product, please contact your Account Manager for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee applies. Special order items, videos, and custom imprinted products are non-cancellable and non-returnable except for defective quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.

Damage/Shortage Claims

We take great care in filling, checking, and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged please note the damage on the delivery receipt and obtain an inspection report from the truck line immediately. Per ICC regulations it is the responsibility of the consignee to file a damage claim with the carrier promptly after inspection. Claims must be filed within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Calolympic Safety makes no representation or warranty expressed or implied warranty, arising out of or in connection with the sales, manufacture, delivery, or use of any product offered on this website or other means.100% Guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you purchased, we will gladly arrange for immediate replacement, refund or credit on good that are in resaleable condition only. Special order items, videos and custom imprinted products are non-cancellable on-returnable unless there is a defect in the quality or workmanship.

Bilingual Products

Due to different dialects within various languages we make no warranty, expressed or implied, that the translations throughout this catalog are in fact the dialect used within your geographic region. If you have a specific translation in mind for your product, please provide it in writing with your purchase order. If Calolympic Safety is asked to provide translation it will be in the dialect of our choosing, unless otherwise requested.

Because local safety standards and regulations vary significantly, Calolympic Safety cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used. Under no circumstances will Calolympic Safety be liable for any loss damage, expense, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use these safety products.

Acceptable Digital Artwork Files for Custom Imprinting

CorelDRAW®, Adobe Photoshop®, Adobe Streamline®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe PageMaker®, QuarkXPress™, or FlexiSIGN. Calolympic Safety DOES NOT ACCEPT Microsoft® Publisher, PowerPoint® or Word. These formats can only be used for quotation purposes. We cannot download images from websites for production purposes.

Artwork Proofs for Custom Imprinting

You may request that an artwork proof be sent to you via e-mail or fax before production begins. On large or complex orders, we may require your signed approval prior to production. Artwork, type, plates, negatives, positives, films, dies, tapes, disks or other items supplied or designed by Calolympic Safety shall remain the property of Calolympic Safety.

Trademarks and Logos for Custom Imprinting

Customer represents that it has the right to use all logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and all other related artwork to be printed. In consideration of the acceptance of this order, customer warrants that the finished article is not and will not be an infringement of any valid trademark, service mark, copyright, patent, or similar right. Customer agrees, at its own expense, to fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend us, our agents, employees, officers, and successors from and against any and all liability, losses, demands, suits, actions, causes of action and costs, including attorney fees, courts costs, and other expenses, arising from or in connection with any claim or legal action brought against us charging such infringement. We reserve the right to refuse to print anything deemed, in our discretion, which may contain improper or infringing artwork. We may cease production of the order upon receipt of a claim charging such infringement and shall have no liability to customer as a result of such action. We reserve the right to use product images and samples in promotional applications.
